Morning Sankalp Ritual: Start Your Day with Intention

How you start your morning sets the tone for your entire day. Instead of reaching for your phone, what if you gave yourself five minutes to set a conscious intention?

The 5-Minute Morning Sankalp Ritual

Step 1: Breathe (1 minute)

Before you open your eyes, take three deep breaths. Inhale slowly. Exhale gently. Feel your feet on the ground.

Step 2: Set Your Sankalp (1 minute)

Place your hand on your heart and silently repeat your Sankalp for the day: “Today, I choose peace” or “I am enough, exactly as I am.”

Step 3: Feel It (2 minutes)

Close your eyes and imagine what it would feel like to live your Sankalp fully. Let the feeling wash over you.

Step 4: Move with Intention (1 minute)

As you get out of bed, carry your Sankalp with you. Let it guide your day.

Try this for seven days and notice how your days shift.
